Following the success of the Ivar 5, Dik Geurts has now introduced new models that will be available from autumn 2015. These include a Store version of the Ivar 5, with a convenient log storage shelf under the stove, and larger Ivar 8 stoves, again in High, Low and Store options.

The new models have a higher heat output of up to 8 kW, enough for a larger than average living room. They have large viewing windows, which are easy to clean and give an uninterrupted view of the impressive fire display, which can be adjusted with the user-friendly air slider In addition, there is a detachable ‘cold touch’ handle for ease and safety of operation.

For those people that prefer to burn coal or coke, all Ivar stoves can be turned into multi-fuel versions with the addition of the custom-made multi-fuel kit.

Clean burning and high efficiency

All Dik Geurts wood stoves have external air connection as standard. This helps achieve maximum clean burning and, in the case of Ivar, impressive energy efficiency ratings from 77 to 82%. The chimney or flue connections on all models can be made from the top or the back of the stoves for greater flexibility of installation.

Dik Geurts Ivar models have been awarded DEFRA approval to be used in UK urban smokeless zones, so they are equally at home in urban or rural locations.
