AAC Waterproofing Limited is a family run roofing company established in the 1970’s. AAC were one of the first companies in the UK to operate extensively with single-ply EPDM membranes. Prelasti EPDM, has a 20 year guarantee & warranty, with a proven life expectancy of 50 years, AAC are the sole suppliers of Prelasti EPDM in the UK. In addition to Prelasti EPDM AAC offer a wide range of waterproofing systems to ensure we can offer our clients the best possible solution.

AAC Waterproofing complete work throughout the UK within the Commercial, MOD, Utility,  Refurbishments & Maintenance sectors. With our offices in North Wales and in the North West. Providing Roofing, green roofing, pond & lakes.

Prelasti EPDM is prefabricated in our prefabrication plant in North Wales. The sheets are made to measure for requirements of each job up to 1200 m2.

The Characteristics of Prelasti EPDM are:

  • Resistant to ozone and UV radiation
  • Withstands extreme temperatures of between -50°C and +130°C

  • Bitumen resistant
  • No Plasticizer

The Café at the top of Snowdon (the highest Mountain in Wales) used Prelasti due to the products durability and resistance to low temperatures. Able to withstand temperatures between – 50°C and +130°C.
