Central London Lofts

For more than three decades, we have been installing loft conversions in homes in London and within the M25.

By focusing on customer service and using the extensive knowledge of our team of loft conversion contractors – including architects, project managers, planners and construction specialists – we aim to provide our customers with a quality end product at a competitive price.

Founded by qualified surveyor and construction specialist, David Gage, Central London Lofts has been helping people across London and within M25 to make most of their homes for more than 30 years.

Our founder, David Gage firmly believes that to get more from your investments, you need to invest in something that you love a lot – and as a nation of homeowners, the answer often lies in our property.

Converting a loft is a cost-effective way to extend your living space while investing in your home. But with a wide range of options in loft conversions to choose from, we know it can be a daunting decision.

With on-going uncertainty in the property market, it can make sense to stay put rather than face the upheaval, and expense, of moving. You may feel that you’ve outgrown your current home but love the area, have friends close by or children settled in school. That’s when a conversion or extension makes perfect sense and, whether you need an additional bath to meet the needs of a growing family, an elegant yet practical office or just want a bit of space to yourself, we can help.

With a showroom in Wandsworth, we provide a treasure-trove of ideas and inspiration for anyone wanting to improve their home rather than move.

As well as loft conversions, we have a wealth of experience converting garages and basements into attractive rooms for a wide range of uses – from home offices to family dens – and can also help you to extend your property with quality house extensions.
