COMING SOON: NEW HOMES IN PINNER

With its wide, tree-lined streets, stunning conservation area and attractive Edwardian buildings, the prestigious residential suburb of Pinner is considered to be the wealthy side of the London borough of Harrow.

Founded in October 2015, Troy Homes is now one of the most esteemed housing developers in London and the surrounding areas. Our mission is to create exclusive new homes which exceed customer expectations by offering exceptional specifications, superb design and contemporary living at its finest.

Our new development on Uxbridge Road will consist of 26 one and two-bedroom apartments with parking — just a short walk from the local amenities at Pinner Green and less than a mile to Pinner Underground Station.

A delightful retreat

Although it is part of suburban London, Pinner has a strong sense of community and a unique identity which has not been lost over the years. Many locals even maintain that it is the first true village you reach as you come out of central London.

Pinner High Street boasts some lovely places to eat, alongside charming shops, timber-framed pubs and delightful mock-Tudor buildings — making it a picturesque place for a stroll. There are delightful walks along the River Pinn, and Pinnerwood Park is threaded with footpaths and bridleways. As well as all this, Pinner also offers an impressive choice of sports facilities, clubs and cultural societies to cater for all tastes and interests.

Excellent links to the capital and beyond

Despite its tranquil setting, Pinner is the ideal location for those with a penchant for the cosmopolitan London life.

From Pinner Underground Station, it’s a quick 25-minute trip to Baker Street on the Metropolitan line, and commuters are virtually guaranteed a seat for the short journey into the city. The well-connected station of Farringdon is also reachable in under 50 minutes.

Nearby Hatch End offers regular mainline trains via the Overground, too — with journeys to Euston taking just over half an hour.

Heathrow Airport and the motorway network are also within easy driving access, and there are excellent transport links to nearby Harrow, Watford and Uxbridge.

A personal and friendly approach

As a small, quality housebuilder, we specialise in small to medium-sized developments around Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, North London and Essex. Our experienced, award-winning team is skilled at tailoring each development to meet the perceived customer needs and creating stunning homes that exceed expectations.

Construction of our Pinner development is expected to start this spring, with first completions due in winter 2021.

Register your interest today to stay up to date with the latest news and information about the upcoming development.
