Yeoman Rainguard’s XL Aluminium Rainwater System was chosen to add the finishing touch to an £11 million property in the desirable area of Virginia Water.
Built by development company Watersmead Homes who pride themselves in building properties of quality and style that exceed expectations, the Georgian style home covers approximately 12,000 square feet over 4 floors.
Constructed out of Cotswold Stone, Watersmead ensured that the property combines practicality with style meeting the high standards and demands of the discerning purchaser.

150 x 100mm MOG XL Aluminium gutters were installed along with a 75 x 75mm square downpipe with the stylish look being completed with Cast Aluminium Plain Hoppers.
Finished in a durable black textured powder coating which eliminates colour bleaching and ensures a life expectancy of the rainwater system to that of 25 years and more.
