The ultimate surf lifestyle at Fistral House

Fistral House is an award-winning development perched on Newquay’s Pentire Peninsula, overlooking the world-renowned Fistral Beach with breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. Fistral House, developed by Legacy Properties in Cornwall, comprises eight two and three bedroomed luxury apartments and two flagship penthouses, each beautifully appointed and designed to make the most of the sea views.

The site features private landscaped surroundings, a parking space for each apartment, and garages for each penthouse. Fistral House is accessed by a gated rear entrance, as well as electric bollard to the front entrance for optimum security. The development has a ten year NHBC Buildmark warranty, which is standard across all Legacy-built properties.

With its clean lines, luxury interiors and unrivalled position, Legacy’s Fistral House offers the very best in contemporary coastal living. All apartments benefit from floor to ceiling glass windows and glass balustrades on the balconies to ensure uninterrupted views.

The two and three-bedroomed homes each benefit from open-plan living, kitchen and dining areas, oak flooring, and remote access underfloor heating.

Bespoke contemporary kitchens have been created by leading Cornish designer, Treyone, and are equipped with state-of-the-art Neff appliances, as well as ceiling mounted extractors and feature lighting.

Bathrooms feature Mandarin Stone tiled floors and walls, along with Vitra sanitary ware, Hansgrohe chrome brassware and beautiful storage by Keuco with in-built mirror and light.

Penthouses are specified to an even higher standard. They encompass half of the top floor with far reaching views across the Atlantic, and boast sumptuous interiors, Miele appliances, a peninsular island with alcove breakfast bar and in-ceiling speakers in all rooms – perfect for relaxed living or entertaining.

Building on the existing Legacy Properties quality of build, these penthouses are 100% customised for buyers – every detail has been considered, allowing for a unique home on the north Cornish coast.

Newquay and the surrounding area provides Fistral House residents with the perfect home, catering to an outdoor modern way of living. The surf lifestyle has been considered, with Fistral House featuring surf stores for stowing away boards and wetsuits, along with an external surf shower to wash away the salt water after a day in the ocean.

Fistral House won two prestigious UK Property Awards in 2018 for the best apartment and best residential development, judged by an independent panel of 80 industry experts who focus on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and sustainability.

All ten luxury apartments and penthouses at the Fistral House development were completed and sold by the end of 2017.

Current developments in the Newquay area by Legacy Properties include Woodlands and Halwyn Meadows. See website for more information.
