MEVACO’s aim in 2014 is to place greater emphasis on customer communication and customer loyalty. It will be clear to their customers – from the newly revised online shop with its modern design – that they have a business partner, who is not only a perforated sheet and expanded metal manufacturer and supplier, but also a service provider. The new online presence is in line with MEVACO’s long-standing brand promise: Fascinatingly simple. MEVACO offers – from the simple RFQ and order processes to rapid delivery – an extensive range of services.
The newly designed website with improved online shop forms the basis for greater customer focus in 2014. This is not only apparent from the clear layout of the website, which has been designed to be as user-friendly as possible. Intelligent features, such as the simple product search function with improved filtering, the multiple selection option, product recommendations for different applications, the online configurator for customised products, a list of suitable profiles for the selected perforated sheet or immediate price information for rapid offer creation, all aim to accommodate the individual requests of our customers to the best possible extent.
In addition to the optimized functions – due to the fact that they have been simplified – that lead to the desired customised product, the customer is also provided with inspiration from over 30 applications made from perforated sheets, expanded metal, welded mesh or crimped mesh. The application examples from objects implemented in outdoor installations, façades, interior fittings and furniture from all-over Europe, which are presented in text and image form, come from metal working customers and architects. In addition to being able to benefit from the improved website layout, functions and visual appearance, our metalworking customers can also conveniently browse through the extensive MEVACO catalogue and online brochures and view – at their leisure – the desired products in 1:1 scale. There they will find all information on the wide range of variants available from MEVACO, with regard to the materials, meshes, perforated sheets, dimensions and pre-cut parts, for their own unique product creations. Direct orders via the appropriate item numbers are similarly possible in a straightforward manner, as is the use of the online configurator to create the desired customised products. An added bonus is that customers receive a discount on every online order!
Once the customer has registered for the online stop, they will not only be able to simply search our varied metal product range, but also benefit from the familiar, extensive service range.
This extends from order quantities from 1 item to rapid, reliable delivery – exstock products within 24 hours, while customised products are made ready for dispatch within 4 days – to the all-inclusive carriage paid price for the binding offer creation.
