Maintaining good indoor air quality is essential for our well-being, regardless of the outdoor temperature. Poor ventilation can lead to several issues, including mould growth, unpleasant odors, condensation on windows and walls, and the gradual deterioration of a building’s structure. Mould growth, in particular, poses signifi cant health risks, while inadequate ventilation can also increase house dust mites, leading to allergies and re spiratory problems.
