Tobermore is Top Choice for Lord & Lady Stafford of Swynnerton!

Developed by Rosther Hill Developments, Beswick Green is a unique, period-style development in the very heart of Staffordshire. In a private courtyard setting on the outskirts of the historic Swynnerton village and the picturesque countryside, the development comprises a selection of 22 classic cottages, houses and apartments, constructed by Speller Metcalfe. The impressive homes blend traditional architectural style and craftsmanship with twenty first century amenities.

Built on green-belt land, the flawless landscape has been designed by Staniforth Architects Ltd, and enhanced with the installation of Tobermore world class products. Tobermore’s Tegula Trio block paving and Kerbstone in Bracken was chosen by Lord and Lady Stafford of Swynnerton who oversaw the design aspects of this project.

Tegula Trio evokes timeless style and elegance, complementing the style and ambiance of Beswick Green perfectly. Tegula Trio displays a naturally weathered stone appearance and is available in a wide range of solid and blended colours. Kerbstone embodies a unique aged appearance and harmonises beautifully with Tobermore paving products.

As well as selecting the landscaping products incorporated on the stunning development, Lord and Lady Stafford of Swynnerton also created the name ‘Beswick Green,’ naming it after two very special long-serving members of staff on their family estate, Bert Beswick and Rudd Green. Sadly as Mr. Green passed away in 2012, Lord and Lady Stafford gave Mr. Beswick, aged 82, the honour of officially opening the development at a recent ceremony.
