This allows buyers to apply for a 20 percent equity loan from the Government, meaning only a five percent cash deposit is needed, with a 75 percent mortgage covering the remainder.<\/p>\n<p>Karen Curtin, managing director at <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gravenhill.co.uk\/\">Graven Hill<\/a>, said:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cAt Graven Hill, we are keen to create a community that is accessible to everyone.
