A survey soon told us where the problems were.\u00a0 It was a high quality door and frame with very substantial hardware and a DDA door closer, very nicely fitted and there shouldn\u2019t be any reason why there is problem with this situation.<\/p>\n
The door closer was removed to show the client what the door is like without it.\u00a0 The rubber blade seals were doing such a fantastic job that it took all of 107.2 Nm<\/b> to pull the door open!<\/p>\n
With adjustments to the door and refitting of the door closer the Nm pressure to pull or push the door was reduced drastically to a comfortable amount.<\/p>\n
