The project design, named <b>\u201cWikiHouse 4.0\u201d,<\/b> can be downloaded, adapted, \u2018printed\u2019 using a CNC cutting machine and then assembled in a few days with no construction skills and for under \u00a350k. Leading Architectural Ironmongery manufacturer <b>SIMONSWERK<\/b> were approached to collaborate on the building and supplied the entire door and window hinge systems from their innovative, invisible <b>TECTUS <\/b>fully concealed hinge system.<!--more-->The tried and tested, completely hidden <b>TECTUS<\/b> hinge range provides unsurpassed high quality solutions for interior space doors and functional heavy duty doors with high load values up to 300 kg, offset models for invisible frames or versions with intumescent kits. The range also includes the <b>TECTUS Energy<\/b> model, with integrated power transmission for the secure use of electronic applications. This outstanding, acclaimed hinge system has 3D adjusting technology, an opening angle of 180 degrees and a maintenance free slide bearing mechanism.
