Fire safety solutions<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hochiki Europe offers two types of fire detection system; the ESP intelligent analogue addressable fire alarm system and the CDX conventional system, as well as a range of ancillary and test equipment.<\/p>\n

The Enhanced System Protocol (ESP) is Hochiki Europe\u2019s high integrity communications link to all products in the range, and incorporates a variety of high performance sensors, modules and ancillary devices to increase ease of routine maintenance and commissioning.<\/p>\n

The CDX range covers one of the most extensive product portfolios, and provides solutions for most conventional fire detection applications, as well as security systems due to its wide voltage range (9.5 ~30 V dc).<\/p>\n

Installing a Hochiki Europe fire safety system ensures an open protocol, delivering choice and flexibility, reduced cost of ownership, virtual elimination of false alarms and compliance to all required industry standards.<\/p>\n

Emergency Lighting solutions<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hochiki Europe is also a recognised force in the emergency lighting sector for its FIREscape emergency lighting system. FIREscape is a unique, highly cost effective and environmentally friendly emergency lighting system that incorporates the latest in LED and battery technologies.\u00a0Designed, manufactured and tested in the UK, the system is based around an emergency lighting control panel with battery back-up and features addressable, self-contained luminaires and signage interconnected via traditional extra low-voltage cabling.<\/p>\n

FIREscape is simple to install, requires little maintenance or manual testing, and uses less than 5% energy consumption compared with conventional lighting. Even at its peak lumen output, the LED draws only 80% of the recommended maximum energy level which minimises energy consumption and maximises LED lifespan whilst still conforming to BS 5266. BIM Content<\/strong><\/p>\n

Hochiki Europe has become the first fire safety manufacturer in NBS National BIM Library, ahead of the Government\u2019s 2016 Level 2 targets.<\/p>\n

To aid designers, architects and contractors already working within the BIM framework, the company has invested in the creation of a new range of BIM content based on a selection of its core fire detection and emergency lighting products.<\/p>\n

Using the design and supply of Hochiki Europe\u2019s new technology, London\u2019s University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (UCLH), one of the largest in the UK, is now operating its refurbishment program within a BIM framework.<\/p>\n
