Humidity plays an important role in our day to day health, but can often be overlooked in the average home and its effects are often underestimated.

Exposure to damp and mouldy environments can cause a variety of health issues. Some people are sensitive to mould. For these people, mould can cause nasal stuffiness, throat irritation, coughing or wheezing, eye irritation, or, in some cases, skin irritation.
