Rolec Services is the only EV charging point manufacturer in the UK offering, in conjunction with the Government’s OLEV Homecharge Scheme, free installation of both 16amp and 32amp home charging points.

ROLEC OFFER EV HOME CHARGING POINTS FOR FREE!

In a first for the EV industry Rolec is offering free 32amp (7.2kW) charging points to domestic customers.

The free offer, which is being subsidised by Rolec under the Government’s OLEV Electric Vehicle Homecharge Scheme, also sees the company continuing to provide its 16amp (3.6kW) charging points for free to all customers eligible for the Government scheme.

The basic eligibility criteria are that the customer should own or have ordered a plug-in vehicle – or lease/drive a company EV for more than 6 months.

Rolec Business Development Manager Bianca Orrey commented: “We believe Rolec is the only charging point manufacturer offering 32amp and 16amp charging points, in both tethered lead and charging socket formats, for free.

“This unique offer will continue until March 2015 or until funding for the scheme runs out.”

Rolec’s free package includes its popular WallPod HomeCharge unit, a 3-year GPRS modem data package, full installation and materials, as well as testing and certification.

ROLEC WALLPOD: EV READY – THE PERFECT SOLUTION                            FOR HOMEBUILDERS FROM £100!

Rolec Service’s WallPod: EV Ready home charger offers mode 2 EV charging and can double up as a 13amp outdoor home maintenance socket.

It is the ideal solution for homebuilders who want their projects to be future proof and is:

  • IP65 rated
  • Able to be surface or recess mounted
  • Used by some of the UK’s largest home builders
  • Upgradable to full mode 3 charger quickly and easily with Rolec’s mode 3 upgrade kit

OLEV approved manufacturer and supplier Rolec has the largest EV product range in Europe.

Its EV charging points are ideal for domestic, workplace, public and commercial environments. They are designed and manufactured in the UK, and offer free-to-charge and pay-to-charge options.
