Cladding

The SIP panel system is increasingly being used as a quicker, cheaper, thinner cladding system to both refurbish existing buildings or to clad new steel/concrete frame structures with ever increasing performance requirements. The more traditional steel frame systems (SFS) can often struggle to achieve U values of 0.15 or lower.

By comparison TEK can easily achieve performance requirements, and with a much thinner thru wall section than with SFS, can potentially maximise the internal area of the building in question and therefore the value!

Not only that but the TEK system is typically 20% cheaper, particularly when you factor in that it can be installed 2 to 3 times quicker per sqm, than the equivalent SFS system.  E.g. a three man team can typically install 150 sqm of panel per day.
