Warmup unveils new website focusing on tools and advice

Warmup, the world’s best-selling underfloor heating brand, have recently launched a new design for their website in the UK at www.warmup.co.uk. The website offers first class user experience where exceptional usability, content and services are combined in one place. The new design accompanies other changes such as upgraded content, more targeted tools and improved quoting system. Available for projects of all sizes, the user is guided through 3 easy steps when getting a quote for underfloor heating. Based on the details, Warmup advises on the best system for the project and for projects over 50m², a project manager is assigned to advise on a bespoke solution.

Technical data, installation advice and live support

Specifiers find technical data and specification sheets for all products in both wet and electric underfloor heating ranges as well as the possibility to submit floor plans with their quote request for a completely bespoke solution, with installation inclusive cost information.

Trade professionals can utilise the detailed installation advice and manuals alongside online live chat and telephone support. The support serves architects/specifiers, electricians, installers and consumers on any questions they may have before, during and after installation.

Warmup insights -Product selector, blog, FAQ and videos

The product selector is designed to give advice on the best system. Especially suitable for smaller projects, the tool guides users through few simple steps to identify the best system for their project. The tool takes into account the sub-floor material, the finished floor material to advise on the best solution in seconds.

The site has sections for homeowners, specifiers, trade and resellers. All these audiences are served with content and tools relevant to them. A library of blog posts giving the latest insight from the industry, tips and news is available on the site with new blog posts published on a regular basis. The fully searchable FAQ answers the most common questions people have about underfloor heating.

Specifiers and trade find details of the benefits of working with a trusted underfloor heating supplier, and of how Warmup’s guarantees and service set Warmup apart from the competition. Trade benefits from installation advice in easy to access pdf and video formats.

Mobile experience

The website offers an outstanding user experience across all devices, particularly on mobile and tablet. Desktop, tablet and mobile users can access all the tools and content available on the site.

“This new design is totally aligned with our mission to provide excellent service to all customers. The thousands of specifiers and trade who communicate directly with us each week through our [33] separate websites around the world will especially benefit from the new tools and content. The fact that we offer hydronic (i.e. water based) and electric systems gives specifiers and trade the unique advantage of sourcing everything from one branded supplier with full technical and research based operational data for each system. A website of this scale and depth of research sets us apart from the competition and further enhances the service and experience we offer to all our many trade and specifier clients.” Andrew Stimpson, the Warmup CEO says.
