New Hanson Structherm must-have guide to external wall insulation

Hanson Structherm has developed a new catalogue containing all the information local authorities, housing associations and specifiers need about external wall insulation (EWI). The comprehensive guide includes details of the company’s EWI and structural external wall insulation (SEWI) and can be viewed or downloaded at: http://www.structherm.co.uk/literature.aspx.

It sets out the benefits of EWI and SEWI – including extending the life of properties, transforming their visual appearance and reducing fuel consumption and CO2 emissions – as well giving examples of solutions for a range of different construction methods such as in-situ concrete, medium and high rise, and metal framed or non-traditional housing.

Hanson Structherm marketing executive Damian Haigh explains: “Our new catalogue has been designed to give specifiers all the information they need in an easy-to-use format.

“It sets out the differences between EWI and SEWI and considers the benefits and applications of each as well as providing details about the different types of insulation and renders and finishes available.

“We offer comprehensive technical support and design services and all of our products have British Board of Agrément (BBA) certification, so our customers can be sure they will have a service life of at least 30 years as long as they are well maintained.”

For more information, or to request a printed copy of the catalogue call 0800 040 7460 or email info@structherm.co.uk.
