At Stoneworld, we’re excited to share the significant achievements we’ve made in the first half of 2024. This article highlights our milestones, showcasing our dedication to quality, innovation, and growth. From achieving prestigious certifications to expanding our physical and technological footprint, we’re proud to lead the way in the natural stone and masonry industry.

ISO 9001/45001

One of our first major achievements of 2024 was to obtain ISO 9001 and 45001 certifications. ISO 9001 is a testament to our dedication to quality management systems, ensuring that our products and services consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements. ISO 45001 reflects our commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy workplace for our employees. These certifications strengthen our operational framework and build client trust.

Expansion of Warehouse Space

We’ve significantly expanded our operational capacity by creating a new warehouse space, nearly doubling our existing footprint. This expansion enhances our storage and logistical capabilities, ensuring that the growing demand for our premium stone products is met efficiently. The new warehouse is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities, enabling better inventory management and faster order fulfillment.

Revamping Our Internal Software Packages

We have revamped our entire software ecosystem, with a new, integrated CRM, ERP system. This allows us to more efficiently answer our customers’ queries, respond to requests and deliver the highest quality natural stone to the right place at the right time. We have also built this into our production capabilities, allowing us to continue offering our customers the best possible levels of precision quality and service.

Creating a Custom GPT for Natural Stone Questions

We’ve revamped our internal software packages, adopting new, integrated CRM, ERP, and production software systems. The new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software allows for greater accuracy and speed as we seek to help our customers and respond to queries. An integrated system ensures that orders are processed correctly, and updates can be communicated.

The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software integrates various business processes, providing real-time data and insights that streamline operations and improve decision-making. Additionally, the updated production software ensures precision and efficiency in manufacturing, maintaining the high standards that we are known for.

Creating a Custom Natural Stone GPT

Another of our creations this year has been the development of a custom GPT specifically designed to answer questions related to natural stone. This AI-powered tool leverages advanced machine learning algorithms to provide accurate and detailed responses, assisting both clients and our internal teams in making informed decisions. The custom GPT reflects our commitment to leveraging cutting-edge technology to enhance our service offerings and client experience.

Creating a Library of BIM Objects

Understanding the needs of our architecture clients, we’ve created a comprehensive library of Building Information Modelling (BIM) objects. These digital representations of physical objects allow architects and designers to integrate our products seamlessly into their projects, facilitating better planning and visualization. The BIM library is an invaluable resource that underscores our dedication to supporting the architectural community with innovative tools and solutions.

Continued Revenue Growth

We’re delighted that with all this going on, we’ve been able to continue hitting double-digit revenue growth in the first half of 2024. This growth is a result of our relentless focus on quality, customer satisfaction, and innovation. By continually expanding our product range and enhancing our service offerings, we’ve successfully attracted new clients and strengthened relationships with existing ones. This financial milestone reflects our robust business strategy and our resilience and adaptability in a competitive market.

The first half of 2024 has been remarkable for us at Stoneworld. From achieving ISO certifications and expanding our warehouse to adopting advanced technologies, we’ve shown our commitment to excellence and innovation. The creation of a custom GPT and a BIM object library highlights our client-focused approach, while our impressive revenue growth underscores our strong market position. We look forward to continuing to deliver exceptional value and service to our clients. Here’s to a fantastic start to the year and many more successes ahead.
