Burns Court

An idyllic setting for a modern lifestyle

Burns Court is a stunning new development offering the best of London and the South East in the affluent neighbourhood of Gidea Park.

Designed and built by developer Troy Homes, Burns Court blends beautifully with its neighbours and offers superior accommodation and detailing throughout each of its stunning 14 apartments.

From the exterior to the impeccable specifications of the interior, Troy Homes takes great pride in each of its exclusive new-build developments – building with the customer in mind to design and create an environment they can feel instantly at home in.

A huge factor in determining the initial design and layout is the location of the development, taking into consideration the area’s history, culture and architecture.

Originally a high-class garden suburb devised for Londoners escaping to the country, Gidea Park remains an idyllic setting for a modern lifestyle and Troy Home’s latest development has been splendidly designed to take full advantage of this excellent location.

Burns Court reflects and mimics Gidea Park’s elegant architecture and is inspired by the nearby historic Exhibition Estate, where the Grade II listed ‘exhibition homes’ (the winning entries in a major architectural competition) were built in 1910 to 1911.

Set within three stylish buildings, the roofs and striking Tudor-esque façades conceal impressively spacious modern layouts and superb specifications.

All of the apartments at Burns Court are the epitome of elegant suburban living – incorporating innovative layouts to optimise their orientation.

Inside, each apartment boasts exceptional specifications throughout. From secure video phone entry and recessed LED downlighters to Amtico flooring and underfloor heating throughout.

Burns Court also comes with a 10-year NHBC warranty guarantee, which is standard across all developments built by Troy Homes.

The contemporary kitchens benefit from fully-fitted, high-gloss kitchen furniture with quartz worktops and a USB socket – as well as state-of-the-art, integrated Siemens appliances including a black glass induction hob, single multifunction eco-clean plus oven, fridge freezer and dishwasher.

Bathrooms feature deluxe Villeroy and Boch sanitary ware, with Hansgrohe taps and showers. All bathrooms and en-suites also come with a mirrored wall cabinet including shaver sockets and chrome heated towel rails.

Outside, the development features parcel boxes and secure cycle storage facilities, as well as two electric car charging points and dedicated secure parking for every apartment. Each new home also benefits from private outdoor space in the form of either a patio, balcony or terrace – designed for relaxing in the morning or evening sun.

Building premium homes which offer luxury living in desirable locations is what Troy Homes does best. It is, therefore, no coincidence that Gidea Park was chosen as the location for this latest development. Encircled by vast swathes of open green space and a vibrant community spirit – the neighbourhood’s relaxed atmosphere and excellent amenities have attracted residents for over a century.

The surrounding area provides effortlessly accessible and picturesque countryside – with ample opportunity to enjoy the fresh air, whichever direction you turn. Yet despite its leafy setting, Gidea Park also boasts excellent connections to central London – making Burns Court the ideal place to set up home for commuters and those keen to enjoy the bright lights of the city.

The show home is now open and to date, five of these stunning homes have already been purchased – with the first homeowners due to move into their new apartment in August. Please see the website for more information.
