Project Description: Demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment of the site to comprise the delivery of 796 residential flats and set within buildings up to ground plus 22 storeys in height, with associated car and cycle parking, landscaping, amenity spaces and other associated works.

Bepoke steel frame bathroom pods have been designed and manufactured by Connex for this project. First fix connections and future maintenance is all done via access panels inside the bathroom pod, this is due to design restrictions to access the riser area externally.
